多元化健康教育在ROP筛查护理中对家属筛查意识和护理满意度的影响

Effects of diversified health education in ROP screening nursing on family members’ screening awareness and nursing satisfaction

目的分析多元化健康教育在早产儿视网膜病变(ROP)筛查护理中对家属筛查意识和护理满意度的影响。方法选取2018年12月至2020年12月在我院开展ROP筛查的84例早产儿及其家属作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(42例,常规健康宣教)和试验组(42例,多元化健康教育)。比较两组患儿家属的疾病知晓情况、遵医行为及护理满意度;比较两组患儿的眼部功能及预后情况。结果干预后,试验组患儿家属的视网膜出血、家族性渗出性玻璃体视网膜病变、视网膜病知识知晓情况评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组患儿家属的观察视力发展、定期检查、预防眼部感染评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组干预后的CAS评分低于对照组,家属的护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的复诊率、重症率、致盲率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多元化健康教育应用在ROP筛查护理中的效果显著,可提升家属的疾病知晓程度和遵医行为,有效改善患儿的眼部功能,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the effects of diversified health education in retinopathy of prematurity(ROP) screening nursing on family members’ screening awareness and nursing satisfaction. Methods A total of 84 premature infants and their families who were screened for ROP were studied in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group(42 cases, routine health education) and experimental group(42 cases, diversified health education). The disease awareness, compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction of the family members of the two groups were compared;the eye function and prognosis of the two groups of children were compared.Results After intervention, the knowledge awareness scores of retinal hemorrhage, familial exudative vitreoretinopathy and retinopathy of the family members in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). After intervention, the scores of observe vision development, regular inspection and prevention of eye infections of the family members in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The CAS score after intervention in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction score of the family members was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The follow-up rate, severe rate and blindness rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The diversified health education applied in ROP screening nursing has significant effect, it can increase the awareness of diseases and compliance behaviors of family members, and effectively improve the eye function of children, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
