中国共产党自成立至中华人民共和国成立前开展的外语教育集中体现了中国共产党坚守民族复兴、人民幸福的初心和使命。为寻求救国道路开展以俄语为主要语种的教学,为服务抗战开展以日语为主要语种的教学,为新中国建设事业扩大外语教育的语种,党在不同时期根据形势发展和时代要求,在外语教育中坚守初心和使命,形成了一整套科学有效的教学理念和方法。站在“两个一百年”的历史交汇点,在世界大变局下,外语教育应回应国家战略需求和人民需要,为国家、民族和人民做出更大贡献。

Before the founding of the People\s Republic of China,the Communist Party of China began to teach Russian in the hope of exploring the road of national liberation and rejuvenation.During the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression,for the practical purpose of war victory,Japanese replaced Russian.The foreign language education policy formulated by the Communist Party of China has always been to meet the national strategic needs and the needs of the people.
