穴位埋针防治利拉鲁肽治疗糖尿病引起恶心呕吐的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Acupoint Needle-embedding for Preventive Treatment of Nausea and Vomiting Induced by Liraglutide in Treating Diabetes Mellitus

目的观察穴位埋针防治利拉鲁肽治疗糖尿病引起恶心呕吐的临床疗效。方法将100例初次使用利拉鲁肽治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用利拉鲁肽治疗;试验组在对照组治疗基础上加用穴位埋针治疗。观察并比较两组治疗1个月内恶心、呕吐反应的分级情况和利拉鲁肽耐受剂量。结果试验组在治疗第1天和第7天恶心、呕吐反应分级程度低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组最终利拉鲁肽耐受剂量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋针可减轻利拉鲁肽治疗糖尿病引起的恶心和呕吐,提高利拉鲁肽的耐受剂量。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint needle-embedding for preventive treatment of nausea and vomiting induced by Liraglutide in treating diabetes mellitus.Method One hundred patients initially using Liraglutide to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)were randomized into an experiment group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Liraglutide;the experiment group received acupoint needle-embedding therapy based on the treatment given to the control group.The grading of nausea and vomiting symptoms and tolerable dose of Liraglutide were observed and compared during the one-month treatment.Result The grading levels of nausea and vomiting at treatment days 1 and 7 were lower in the experiment group than in the control group(P<0.05),and the final tolerable dose of Liraglutide was higher in the experiment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint needle-embedding can reduce nausea and vomiting symptoms caused by Liraglutide in treating diabetes mellitus and increase the tolerable dose of Liraglutide.
