给煤机低电压穿越改造后控制电源可靠性分析与优化

摘要 给煤机低电压穿越改造后,由于控制器电源未合理配置易导致机组停运。结合两起给煤机控制电源异常的典型故障案例,分析了存在的安全隐患,提出了防范给煤机控制回路继电器失电、控制器重启的两项优化措施,并针对目前各火电企业给煤机低电压穿越改造后,控制电源的各种配置现状,提出了相应的整改建议。 In recent years,coal feeder shutdown accidents often took place due to improper configuration of controller power after low-voltage crossing retrofit.Combined with two typical shutdown accidents due to coal feeder control power abnormality,hidden safety dangers were analyzed,and two optimization measures to prevent the power loss of relay in control loop of coal feeder and restart of controller were put forward.In view of the current situation of low-voltage crossing retrofit,some suggestions were put forward.
