基于文献计量学的病种分值可视化分析

Visual analysis of Diagnosis-Intervention Packet based on bibliometrics

目的:对病种分值相关文献进行计量可视化分析,了解病种分值相关研究进展和发展趋势。方法:通过中国知网检索2020年及以前的相关文献,应用CiteSpace软件对作者、机构及关键词绘制网络关系图并进行分析。结果:共纳入153篇文献,发表时间范围为2009-2020年,发文量年均增长率为42.18%;发文量在作者之间和机构之间分布不均,作者之间和机构之间分布较分散;按病种分值付费、医保支付方式和总额控制3个关键词同时表现出高频次和高中心性。结论:病种分值相关研究较少,研究面较窄,建议加强团队协作和地域间交流合作,在医疗质量和效率等方面加强研究。

Objective:To conduct a visual bibliometrics analysis of related literature on Big Data Diagnosis-Intervention Packet(DIP)to explore the research progress and development trend.Methods:Retrieving relevant documents from 2020 and before through CNKI,using CiteSpace software to analyze authors,institutions and keywords,and draw network diagrams.Results:A total of 153 articles were included,and the publication time range was from 2009 to 2020.The average annual growth rate of the publication volume was 42.18%.The publication volume was unevenly distributed among authors and institutions,and the distribution of authors and institutions was relatively scattered.The three keywords of"paid by DIP","medical insurance payment method"and"total amount control"simultaneously showed high frequency and high centrality.Conclusion:There are few kinds of research related to DIP,and the scope of research is relatively narrow.It is recommended to strengthen teamwork and regional exchanges and cooperation and strengthen research on medical quality and efficiency.
