麦迪逊X6彩超结构原理与维修案例分析

摘要 麦迪逊X6彩超在中小型医院广泛使用,各种故障多发。本文介绍了麦迪逊X6的结构原理,阐述了开机黑屏、开机设备无反应、自检时花屏死机三个经典案例,以及同一部件引起多个不同故障的自主维修。在无技术手册条件下,通过自主绘制设备原理结构图,分析设备自检流程及自检时设备的软件、硬件的运行状态,查阅设备功能电路板的相关集成元件及单元电路资料,通过更换元件、清洁处理等修复设备。本文在维修分析和总结基础上,能够为工程师排除及维修故障提供参考,节约维修及使用成本,提高设备完好率。 Madison X6 color doppler ultrasound is widely used in small and medium-sized hospitals,and various faults occur frequently.This paper introduced the structure principle of Madison X6,expounded three classic cases,including black screen when starting up,no response when starting up,split-screen crash when self-checking,and self-maintenance of multiple different faults caused by the same part.In the absence of technical manual conditions,by independently drawing the equipment principle structure diagram,the equipment self-test process and operation status of the equipment software and hardware during self-test were analyzed.By checking the integrated components and unit circuit information of the functional circuit board of the equipment,the equipment were repaired by replacing components and cleaning.On the basis of maintenance analysis and summary,this paper provides reference for engineers to eliminate and maintain faults,save maintenance and use costs,and improve the equipment integrity rate.
