基于计量检测数据的除颤监护仪性能对比研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析对比两种型号除颤监护仪的性能差异,为临床使用及设备管理提供数据支持。方法:选取医院2016-2020年在用的两种型号除颤监护仪各5台,依据型号的不同将其分别定义为除颤监护仪A(5台)和除颤监护仪B(5台),利用因果分析法分析两种型号除颤监护仪的故障因素及计量检测数据。采用SPSS分析软件对两种型号除颤监护仪2016-2020年5年间的计量数据进行统计分析,评估两种型号的除颤监护仪的心电显示扫描速度示值误差及能量损失率。结果:5年内除颤监护仪A和除颤监护仪B的故障率、维修成本分别为29次、4.01万元和17次、2.64万元,除颤监护仪B均低于除颤监护仪A。且除颤监护仪B比除颤监护仪A的心电显示扫描速度出现偏差的概率低,相对稳定;除颤监护仪B较除颤监护仪A能量损失相对较小,释放能量相对误差分布相对集中,且误差更小,释放能量更加稳定,两种型号除颤监护仪的3个测量点5年间释放能量的相对误差进行方差分析,其差异有显著统计学意义(F=4.04,P<0.01)。结论:除颤监护仪B较除颤监护仪A故障率低,维修成本相对较低,且心电显示扫描速度及释放能量更加稳定,因此,维修故障数据及计量检测数据是评估急救类医疗设备安全可靠的主要循证依据,可充分利用维修故障数据及计量检测数据做好急救类医疗设备的性能评估及使用管理。 Objective:To analyze and compare the performance differences between two types of defibrillator monitors,and to provide data support for clinical use and equipment management.Methods:10 defibrillator monitors of two types which were used in hospital from 2016 to 2020 were selected,and they were defined as defibrillator monitor A(5 monitors)and defibrillator monitor B(5 monitors).The causal analysis method was adopted to analyze the failure factors and measurement and detection data of two types of defibrillator monitors.SPSS analysis software was used to statistically analyze the measurement data of the two types of defibrillation monitors during the five years from 2016 to 2020,and to assess the indication error of scanning speed of electrocardiography(ECG)display and energy loss rate of the two types of defibrillation monitors.Results:The results of comparative analyses indicated that the failure rate and maintenance cost of defibrillator monitor A and B were“29 times,40,100 CNY”and“17 times,26,400 CNY”in the past 5 years,respectively,and both of them in defibrillator monitor B were lower than those in defibrillator monitor A.And the probability of occurring deviation of scanning speed of ECG display of defibrillation monitor B was lower than that of defibrillation monitor A,and it was relatively stable.Compared with defibrillation monitor A,the defibrillation monitor B has relatively smaller energy loss and the distribution of relative error of releasing energy was relative concentration,and its error was smaller and it was more stable in releasing energy.The results of variance analysis of the relative error of releasing energy of the two types of defibrillator monitor at 3 measurement points during 5 years indicated that the difference of that between two types of defibrillator monitor was significant(F=4.04,P<0.01).Conclusion:Defibrillator monitor B has a lower failure rate and lower maintenance cost than defibrillator monitor A,and the scanning speed and energy release of ECG display of that are more stable.Therefore,the data of maintenance failure and measurement and detection data are main evidence basis in assessing the safety and reliability of medical equipment for emergency.The data of maintaining failure and measurement and detection can be fully used to perform performance assessment and use management for medical equipment of emergency.
