基于戴明循环法的眼科设备全生命周期管理对优化流程及提高设备管理效果研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:研究戴明循环(PDCA)管理方法应用于眼科设备全生命周期管理的效果。方法:从裂隙灯显微镜、光学相干断层扫描(OCT)和超声乳化治疗仪3类眼科设备全生命周期中的论证阶段、在用阶段和报残阶段入手进行PDCA管理,通过对制度管理不断完善、设备绩效进行对比和科室满意度调研,分析PDCA管理介入后对眼科设备全生命周期管理的效果。结果:2020年3-6月眼科裂隙灯显微镜通过PDCA管理介入论证阶段后,完善了设备论证制度,裂隙灯显微镜论证管理标准化,光学性能更加满足眼科需求;2019年7-10月通过PDCA介入眼科OCT在用阶段管理后,设备完好率未改变而使用率提高10%,成本效益提高约12.5%,设备绩效管理得到优化;2019年1-4月通过PDCA介入超声乳化治疗仪的报残阶段管理后,设备管理委员会对其报残阶段的满意度提高。结论:PDCA管理方法应用于眼科设备全生命周期管理,改变了传统眼科设备管理方式达到了预期效果,优化眼科设备医疗资源配置使各部门协调工作,眼科设备发挥了更大的效能。 Objective:To study the effects of Deming Cycle(PDCA)management method in the whole life cycle management of ophthalmic equipment.Methods:PDCA management was carried out from the demonstration stage,in-use stage and disabled stage of the whole life cycle of of the three types of ophthalmic equipment,i.e.,slitlamp microscope,optical coherence tomography(OCT),and phacoemulsification device,by means of the continuous improvement of system management,comparison of equipment performance and survey on department satisfaction,the effect of PDCA management intervention on the whole life cycle management of ophthalmic equipment was analyzed.Results:From March to June 2020,after ophthalmic slit lamp microscopes passed the demonstration phase of PDCA management intervention,the equipment demonstration system was improved,the demonstration and management of slit lamp microscopes were standardized,and the optical performance was better met ophthalmic needs.After getting involved in the in-service management of ophthalmology OCT through PDCA from July to October 2019,the equipment intactness rate remained unchanged while the utilization rate increased by 10%,cost-efficiency increased by approximately 12.5%and equipment performance management was optimized.After PDCA intervened in the management of disabled stage of phacoemulsification devices from January to April 2019,the device management committee's satisfaction with the disabled stage was improved.Conclusion:The application of PDCA in ophthalmic equipment lifecycle management changed the traditional management mode of ophthalmic equipment and achieved the expected effect,optimized the allocation of medical resources of ophthalmic equipment,coordinated the work of all departments,and brought the ophthalmic equipment into full play.
