摘要
目的:依据国家卫生部关于《婴儿培养箱温度和湿度实时监测系统技术要求》(T/CAME37-2021)团体标准,研制婴儿培养箱温度和相对湿度实时监测系统,对婴儿培养箱运行性能参数实时监测与分析,提升婴儿培养箱使用的安全管理。方法:软件设计从采集→显示→传输→展示及分析整个过程的功能出发,将感知层、传输层和应用层3层功能串联搭建婴儿培养箱温度和相对湿度实时监测系统,对婴儿培养箱温度和相对湿度进行实时监测。结果:按照团体标准要求完成对婴儿培养箱温度和相对湿度的实时监测系统研制和应用评价数据采集,将监测温度和相对湿度分别与临床设定的温度与相对湿度对比分析,婴儿培养箱使用中的实际温度和相对湿度基本满足设备设定值且波动范围在标准规定范围内;对个别出现超限报警的婴儿培养箱进行原因查找和故障排除。结论:依照《婴儿培养箱温度和相对湿度实时监测系统技术要求》团体标准(T/CAME37-2021)搭建的婴儿培养箱温度和湿度实时监测系统,能够实现婴儿培养箱温度和相对湿度的联网监测管理,增强婴儿培养箱使用中的安全管控。
Objective:To set up a real-time monitoring system for temperature and humidity of infant incubator to conduct real-time monitoring and analysis of operating performance parameters of Infant Incubators by using the group standard Technical Requirements for Real-time Monitoring System of Temperature and Humidity of Infant Incubator(T/CAME 37-2021)to improve safety management of the use of infant incubator.Methods:Starting from the whole process of acquisition,display,transmission,display and analysis,a real-time monitoring system for temperature and humidity in an infant incubator was built by connecting three layers of functions:perception layer,transmission layer and application layer,to monitor the temperature and humidity of infant incubator.Results:The real-time monitoring system for temperature and humidity of an infant incubator was,in accordance with the requirements of group standards,compared the monitored temperature and humidity with those set for clinical purposes,and ensured that the temperature and humidity of the infant incubator in use basically met the set value of the equipment and the fluctuation range was within the range specified in the standards.The causes and troubleshooting of some incubators with over-limit alarms were found out.Conclusion:The real-time monitoring system for temperature and humidity of infant incubators set up in accordance with the group standard Technical Requirements for Real-time Monitoring System for Temperature and Humidity of Infant Incubator(T/CAME 37-2021)can realize the networked monitoring and management of temperature and humidity of infant incubator,and enhance the safety management and control in the use of the incubator,reduce the workload of clinical management ncubator.
