摘要
托育师资的职业素养能够帮助其形成良好的内在品质与外在行为。为探寻托育师资的具体职业素养,依托扎根理论,使用MAXQDA质性分析软件对收集的国内外托育师资政策文本与专家咨询文本进行编码、归纳,分析政策理论和专家对托育师资职业素养的关注点,在明确托育师资职业素养的同一性的同时,对其进行深入的差异分析。在此基础上,尝试构建我国托育师资职业素养结构,为进一步规范建立我国托育师资专业化发展提供思路与启发。
The professional quality of nursery teachers can help them form good internal quality and external behavior.In order to explore the specific professional quality of nursery teachers,this study relies on grounded theory,uses MAXQDA qualitative analysis software to encode and summarize the collected domestic and foreign nursery teachers’policy texts and expert consultation texts,analyzes the key focuses of policy theory and experts on nursery teachers’professional quality.It also makes an in-depth difference analysis of nursery teachers’professional quality by clarifying the identity of it.On this basis,this paper attempts to construct the professional quality structure of nursery education teachers in China,so as to provide ideas and inspiration for further standardizing the professional development of nursery education teachers in China.
