儿童劳动社:幼儿园劳动教育的可行性路径

Children’s Labor Society:a Feasible Path of Children Labor Education in Kindergarten

幼儿园劳动教育的重要性不言而喻,但在落实层面存在困境,以至于出现幼儿不知劳、不会劳、不爱劳的现象。从幼儿劳动教育特点出发,提出了幼儿园劳动教育的可行性路径:儿童劳动社。回应幼儿心理,确定儿童劳动社内涵;尊重幼儿差异,丰富儿童劳动社形式;信任幼儿能力,形成儿童劳动社评价体系。

It is self-evident that labor education of kindergarten is important.However,there are difficulties in implementation of labor education in kindergarten.For example,children don’t know how to work;children are not able to work;children even don’t love to work.The study,starting from the characteristics of children’s labor education,puts forward the feasible path of kindergarten labor education –– Children’s Labor Society,in order to respond to children’s psychology and determine the connotation of children’s labor society,respect children’s differences and enrich the forms of children’s labor society,trust children’s ability and form the evaluation system of children’s labor society.
