摘要
随着"双减"政策的出台,为了实现"让学习回到学校"的教学"原"生态,给在校老师提出了更高的要求和更深的期望。以"双减"政策为背景,拟通过构建"三层级"校本研修模式,通过"理念—实践—素养"的层级递进引领,发挥新进教师—青年教师—骨干教师的联动,探讨全方位提升教师的综合素养途径与实践方法,以实现高效的课堂教学。
With the introduction of the"double reduction"policy,in order to realize teaching"original"ecology of"putting learning back to school",teachers are required and expected more than before.Under the"double reduction"policy background,the paper proposes a model of"three-level"school-based teaching research and training,through the hierarchy of"concept-practice-literacy"progressive leading,linking the new,the young and the backbone teachers to play their full roles,raising their all-round comprehensive literacy to realize the highly effective classroom teaching.
