摘要
"工匠精神"表现为精益求精、细致严谨的专业精神,专注执着、爱岗敬业的职业态度,乐于奉献、勇于创新的人文素养。"工匠精神"是构成高职大学生核心素养的重要因子,是夯实高职大学生核心素养的必然要求,是促进社会价值回归的内在要求。政府推动、教育支撑、文化浸润、校企合作是"工匠精神"融入高职大学生核心素养教育的有效路径。
The spirit of craftsman is manifested in the professional spirit of excellence,rigorousness,the professional attitude of dedication,and the humanistic quality of innovation.Craftsman spirit is an important factor constituting the core quality of higher vocational college students,an inevitable requirement to consolidate the core quality of higher vocational college students,and an internal requirement to promote the return of social value.Government promotion,educational support,cultural infiltration and college enterprise cooperation are the effective ways to integrate craftsman spirit into the core literacy education of higher vocational college students.
