小学生闲暇时间的管理有利于促进人的个性化和实现人的全面发展。提升小学生闲暇时间管理的策略为:在社会层面,将闲暇教育列入国家和学校教育的议程,动员社会力量开发闲暇活动可利用的资源;在学生层面,树立正确的观念,重视闲暇时间的管理,学习科学方法,合理管理闲暇时间;在学校层面,培育闲暇时间管理意识和技能兼具的教师队伍,开发建立闲暇时间管理的课程体系,落实闲暇活动设施与场所的多样性与开放性;在家庭层面,发挥父母为第一任教师的启蒙作用,坚持整体性原则,形成家庭、学校、社会教育的合力。

The management of primary school students’leisure time is conducive to promoting individual’s individuality and realizing all-round development.The problems of leisure time management of middle and high grade pupils are mainly manifested as:the understanding of leisure time management of pupils needs to be improved,the methods of leisure time management of pupils have problems,and the will of leisure time management of pupils is weak.The influencing factors mainly include the influence of exam-oriented education system,the influence of old values,the lack of leisure education in schools and the insufficient guidance of parents on leisure time management.The strategies to improve the management of primary school students’leisure time are:putting leisure education on the agenda of state and school education,mobilizing social forces to develop available resources for leisure activities.At the level of students,we should set up correct ideas,pay attention to the management of leisure time,learn scientific methods,and manage leisure time reasonably.At the school level,teachers with both leisure time management awareness and skills should be cultivated,the curriculum system of leisure time management should be developed and established,and leisure facilities and places should be diversified and open.At the family level,parents should play the enlightening role as the first teachers,adhere to the principle of integrity,and form the joint force of family,school and social education.
