摘要
海洋石油工程存在高技术、高风险、高投资等行业特点,因此工程项目管理需要的专业人才种类多,涉及的相关单位多,特别是大型工程总承包项目,管理难度比较大,如何将项目顺利运转起来并管理好,最终实现项目目标,项目管理团队的建设及绩效考核很重要。
Offshore oil engineering has the characteristics of high technology, high risk, high investment and other industries, so the project management needs many kinds of professionals, and there are many related units involved, especially the large-scale general contracting project, which is difficult to manage. As to how to make the project run smoothly and manage well, and finally achieve the project goal, the construction and performance appraisal of the project management team is very important.
