摘要
目的:探究在鉴别不确定的脊柱骨质病变良恶性中MR多模态成像的作用。方法:研究对象是38例脊柱骨质病变患者,入院时间在2019年12月-2021年3月,均进行MR检查,对诊断结果作分析。结果:常规MR诊断准确率为81.58%,低于多模态成像诊断的100%,统计学意义成立(P<0.05)。多模态成像诊断病变部位,10.53%处于颈椎、76.32%处于腰椎、13.16%处于胸椎;71.05%累及2个以上椎体,28.95%累及单个椎体。结论:在不确定的脊柱骨质病变诊断中,MR多模态成像能准确鉴别病变的良恶性,为治疗方案制定提供参考,值得全方位推广。
Objective:To explore the role of MR multimodal imaging in differentiating benign and malignant spinal bone lesions.Methods:The subjects of the study were 38 patients with spine bone lesions.The admission time was from December 2019 to March 2021.MR examinations were performed to analyze the diagnosis results.Results:The accuracy of routine MR diagnosis was 81.58%,which was lower than 100%of multimodal imaging diagnosis,and the statistical significance was established(P<0.05).Multi-modal imaging diagnosis of lesions,10.53% in the cervical spine,76.32% in the lumbar spine,13.16% in the 1 thoracic spine;71.05% involved more than 2 vertebral bodies,28.95% involved a single vertebral body.Conclusion:In the uncertain diagnosis of spine bone lesions,MR multimodal imaging can accurately distinguish benign and malignant lesions,provide a reference for the formulation of treatment plans,and is worthy of comprehensive promotion.
