MRI在子宫内膜癌术前分期诊断中的应用价值

Value of MRI in Preoperative Staging Diagnosis of Endometrial Carcinoma

目的:探究MRI对子宫内膜癌术前分期的诊断价值。方法:搜集2018年1月~2021年10月我院诊治的EC患者33例作为研究对象,所有患者术前均应用MRI检查并进行分期,与术后病理分期对照。结果:MRI对子宫内膜癌的肌层侵犯深度、宫颈浸润及宫旁侵犯与病理诊断有高度一致性。结论:术前MRI在子宫内膜癌检查,能够有效准确的对病变进行评估,可为进一步临床治疗提供指导性诊断。

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of MRI in preoperative staging of endometrial carcinoma.Methods:A total of 33 EC patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to Ocotomber 2021 were collected as the study subjects.All patients were examined by MRI before surgery and staged,and compared with postoperative pathological staging.Results:MRI showed high consistency with pathological diagnosis in the depth of intramuscular invasion,cervical invasion and parauterine invasion of endometrial carcinoma.Conclusion:Preoperative MRI examination of endometrial cancer can effectively and accurately evaluate the lesions and provide guidance for further clinical treatment.
