“一带一路”倡议下的中沙产能合作研究

Research on China-Saudi Arabia Capacity Cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative

"一带一路"倡议提出以来,中国与沙特关系全面升温,高层互访、学术交流、贸易往来等不断增强。沙特于2015年进行了政权更迭,新政府在执政理念方面一改昔日维稳怀柔作风,在国内掀起改革巨浪,尤其在社会世俗化方面不断取得突破性进展。沙特世俗化改革之时恰逢我国"一带一路"倡议联通世界之机,为两国产能合作提供了无限可能。本文将从沙特产能概况、中沙产能合作基础、合作现状、合作前景及挑战五个方面剖析双边产能合作,并为合作提出可行性建议。

Since the Belt and Road Initiative was proposed,the relation between China and Saudi Arabia has been warming up,with enhanced highlevel visits,academic exchanges,and trade contacts.Saudi Arabia underwent a regime change in 2015.The new government changed its old style of maintaining stability and tenderness in terms of its governing philosophy,set off a huge wave of reforms in the country,and continuously made breakthroughs in social secularization.Saudi Arabia’s secularization reform coincides with the opportunity of China’s the Belt and Road Initiative to connect the world,which provides infinite possibilities for capacity cooperation between the two countries.This paper will analyze the bilateral capacity cooperation from five aspects:the overview of Saudi production capacity,the basis of China-Saudi capacity cooperation,current cooperation status,cooperation prospects and challenges.And feasible suggestions for cooperation are also provided.
