以产业振兴多维度撬动乡村振兴——以兴安县“十四五”产业振兴为例

Leveraging Rural Revitalization through Industrial Revitalization from Multiple Dimensions:a Case Study of the 14th Five-Year Plan Industrial Revitalization in Xing’an County

农业产业化是推进现代农业经济发展的必由之路,也是推进乡村产业振兴的关键环节。广西桂林市兴安县通过施战略、建平台、育主体、补链条、抓特色来推动农业高质量发展;从筑牢粮食安全生产线、增强畜禽生产竞争力、提升农业产业化服务保障水平三个维度来探索兴安县由农业大县向现代特色农业强县发展的路径,从而加快兴安县推进产业振兴步伐。

Agricultural industrialization is the only way to promote the development of modern economic agriculture,and the key link to propel the revitalization of rural industry.Xing’an County of Guilin City,Guangxi,promotes the high-quality development of agriculture by implementing strategies,building platforms,cultivating major industry,reinforcing chains and grasping characteristics.This paper explores the development path of Xing’an County from a big agricultural county to a strong modern characteristic agricultural county from the three dimensions by building food safety production lines,enhancing the competitiveness of livestock and poultry production,and enhancing the service level of agricultural industrialization,so as to accelerate the pace of industrial revitalization in Xing’an County.
