构建广西现代化产业体系高质量发展路径研究

Study on the High Quality Development Path of Constructing Guangxi Modern Industrial System

现代化产业体系是以习近平同志为核心的党中央把握全球产业变革趋势、针对我国经济发展实际作出的重大决策部署,是建设现代化经济体系的核心要义。只有现代化产业体系不断协调壮大,现代化经济体系才能夯实基础。文章分析构建广西现代化产业体系的意义,研判推动广西现代化产业体系高质量发展的核心路径,提出牢牢把握产业高质量发展根本要求以及供给侧结构性改革的主线要求,重点提高"三大能力"、聚焦"四大领域",以加速传统产业转型、新兴产业培育、产业发展跨界、产业链供应链稳定、区域集群联动"五大路径"为突破口,高质量推动形成广西现代化产业体系。

The modern industrial system is a major decision and deployment made by the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core to grasp the trend of global industrial change and in view of the reality of China’s economic development.It is the core of the construction of a modern economic system.Only when the modern industrial system continues to grow harmoniously,can the modern economic system lay a solid foundation.This paper analyzes the significance of constructing a modern industrial system in Guangxi,studies and judges the core path to promote the high-quality development of Guangxi’s modern industrial system,and proposes to firmly grasp the fundamental requirements of high-quality industrial development and the main line requirements of supply-side structural reform,focusing on improving the "three capabilities" and "four fields".To accelerate "five paths" of the transformation of traditional industries,the cultivation of emerging industries,the crossborder development of industries,the stability of industrial chain and supply chain,regional cluster linkage as the breakthrough,high-quality promote the formation of Guangxi’s modern industrial system.
