摘要
为促进河池市农业产业结构升级和提高农业产业竞争力,运用偏离-份额分析法对河池市2009年和2018年农业产业结构进行定量分析。结果发现,河池市农业产业结构中,种植业内部结构不合理,缺乏竞争力;林业结构较好,有一定竞争力;牧业、渔业具有一定竞争力,但产业结构不合理;农林牧渔服务业内部结构有一定优势,但整体竞争力水平较低。河池市农业产业发展不均衡,尚有较大的提升空间。针对河池市农业产业结构存在的问题,提出强调特色,突出优势,稳固种植业、做优生态林业、提升水产畜牧业,不断提高农业生产效益和竞争力的优化农业产业结构建议。
In order to promote the upgrading of agricultural industrial structure and improve the competitiveness of agricultural industry in Hechi City,the Shift-share Method was used to quantitatively analyze the agricultural industrial structure of Hechi City in 2009 and 2018.The results showed that the performance in the agricultural industrial structure of Hechi City are as follows:the internal structure of farming is unreasonable with weak competitiveness.The forestry industry structure is better with certain competition ability.The animal husbandry and fishery industry has certain competitiveness,but the internal structure is irrational.The internal structure of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery service industry has certain advantages,but the overall competitiveness is weak.The agricultural industry development of Hechi city is not balanced,but has much space to to improve.In view of the issues existing in the agricultural industrial structure of Hechi City,this paper puts forward the suggestions for optimizing the agricultural industrial structure by emphasizing characteristics,highlighting advantages,stabilizing planting industry,optimizing ecological forestry,improving aquatic animal husbandry,and continuously improving the efficiency and competitiveness of agricultural production.
