Evaluation of Cultivated Land Quality Grade in Pingnan County

摘要 [目的]以贵港市平南县耕地为研究对象,建立县域耕地质量等级评价体系,为耕地利用和可持续发展提供参考依据。[方法]利用平南县土地利用、高分遥感影像等数据,在GIS平台采用国家土肥部门的耕地质量评价技术,进行2020年耕地质量评价研究。[结果]平南县耕地质量平均等级为5.5,其中一等地占比为0.31%,二等地占比为0.32%,三等地占比为3.33%,四等地占比为13.87%,五等地占比为32.82%,六等地占比为32.21%,七等地占比为12.09%,八等地占比为3.73%,九等地占比为1.08%,十等地占比为0.24%。[结论]"十二五"期间,平南县耕地质量等级有所提升,障碍类型中无明显障碍型占比60%以上,但中等级耕地占比达到了78.90%,表明平南县耕地质量有较大的提升空间。[建议]针对瘠薄培肥型、灌溉改良型、渍潜稻田型等耕地,应加大资金、技术和物资投入力度,增强土地生产能力,提高耕地产出率,实现社会和自然可持续发展。 [Objective]Taking the cultivated land in Pingnan County,Guigang City as the research object,the quality evaluation system of cultivated land quality grade in the county area was established to provide reference for the cultivated land utilization and sustainable development.[Method]Based on the data of land use and high-resolution remote sensing image in Pingnan County,the cultivated land quality in 2020 was evaluated by using the cultivated land quality evaluation technology of national soil and fertilizer department in GIS platform.[Result]The results showed that the average grade of cultivated land quality in Pingnan County was 5.5,among which the proportion of first class land was0.31%.The second class accounted for 0.32%.The third class accounted for 3.33%.The fourth level accounted for 13.87%.The fifth level accounted for 32.82%.The sixth level accounted for 32.21%.The seventh level accounted for 12.09%.The eighth level accounted for 3.73%.The ninth level accounted for 1.08%.The tenth level accounted for 0.24%.[Conclusion]During the 12 th Five-Year plan,the quality of cultivated land in Pingnan County has been improved.Among the obstacle types,no obvious obstacle accounted for more than 60%,but the proportion of medium-grade cultivated land reached 78.90%,which show that the county cultivated land quality has great room to improve.[Suggestion]The investment of capital,technology and materials should be increased for barren fertilizing type,improved irrigation type and paddy field type,so as to enhance the productivity of land,improve the yield rate of cultivated land and realize the sustainable development of social and natural resources.
