Strategies for Improving the Proofreading Quality of Agricultural Science and Technology Books

农业科技类图书是传播农业科技知识,交流农业科研成果和先进经验,帮助农民增产的重要手段与载体。当前农业类科技图书普遍存在文字性错误、知识性错误、逻辑性错误、图表错误、数据错误、科技名词错用等错误,其校对工作在图书出版工作中有着举足轻重的地位,提升农业科技类图书质量必须抓好校对质量的管理。结合目前影响农业科技类图书校对质量的因素及相关研究,提出从管理上高度重视、优化流程管理、整理复盘和落实责任校对制等策略,以期大幅度提升农业科技类图书的校对质量。

Agricultural science and technology books are an important means and carrier to spread agricultural science and technology knowledge,exchange agricultural scientific research achievements and advanced experience,and help farmers increase production.At present,agricultural science and technology books generally exist errors such as text error,knowledge error,logical error,chart error,data error and scientific terminology misuse,etc.The proofreading work plays an important role in book publishing.To improve the quality of agricultural science and technology books must pay attention to the management of proofreading quality.Combining with the current factors and related researches influencing the proofreading quality of agricultural science and technology books,this paper puts forward some strategies,such as attaching great importance to the management,optimizing the process management,collation and reviewing,and implementing the responsibility proofreading system,so as to greatly improve the proofreading quality of agricultural science and technology books.
