清廉中国视域下的公众廉洁话语建构——以中央纪委国家监委留言板发帖为例

The Construction of Public Clean Discourse from the Perspective of Clean China—Take the Message Board Post of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Central Committee of the CPC as an Example

为进一步推动构建清廉中国向纵深发展,本研究立足基于中央纪委留言板建成的公众廉洁话语语料库,通过分析公众廉洁话语的正负面情感及其构建路径,阐释公众廉洁话语实践的社会网络及其特征,探寻影响公众情绪的不稳定因素,为政府部门因应形势变化和公众需求,采取科学有效的反腐策略提供参考。本研究提出提升政务公开水平,夯实政府公信力;积极引导公众舆论,建立舆论监督长效机制;建立健全相关法律法规,保护舆论监督的民主法治氛围等对策建议。

In order to further promote the development of clean China,this study,based on the corpus of public clean discourse,analyzes the positive and negative emotions of public clean discourse and its construction path,explains the social network and its characteristics of public clean discourse practice,explores the unstable factors that affect public sentiment,and takes measures for the government departments to respond to the changing situation and public demand.Learn effective anti-corruption strategies to provide reference.At the same time,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,such as improving the level of government openness,strengthening the credibility of the government,actively guiding public opinion,establishing a longterm mechanism of public opinion supervision,establishing and improving relevant laws and regulations,and protecting the democratic and legal atmosphere of public opinion supervision.
