摘要
以偏钛酸为钛源采用固相法制备了金红石型Ti_(1-2x)Cr_(x)Sb_(x)O_(2)(x=0.050、0.075、0.100、0.125)纳米黄色色料,主要研究了Cr/Sb共掺杂量和煅烧温度对Ti_(1-2x)Cr_(x)Sb_(x)O_(2)色料的晶型结构、呈色性能和显微形貌等的影响。结果表明,5.0 mol%-12.5mol%Cr/Sb共掺杂都可获得金红石型钛铬黄色料。Cr/Sb掺杂量增加,色料的红度值(a^(*))和黄度值(b^(*))均呈现先增大后减小的变化趋势。随着煅烧温度从950℃升至1200℃,色料的明度值(L^(*))逐渐减小,a^(*)值逐渐增加,而b^(*)值先增大后又明显减小。适量的Cr/Sb掺杂可有效抑制色料晶粒生长。当煅烧温度为1100℃时,合成的Ti_(0.8)Cr_(0.1)Sb_(0.1)O_(2)色料的b^(*)值达到46.64,呈现出深黄色色调,晶粒平均粒径仅211 nm左右,近红外反射率可达69%以上。合成的钛铬黄色料具有良好的耐酸碱溶液腐蚀性能,且在透明釉中表现优异的稳定性和呈色性能。
Rutile Ti_(1-2x)Cr_(x)Sb_(x)O_(2)(x=0.050,0.075,0.100,0.125)nanosized yellow pigments were prepared by using solid-phase method with metatitanic acid as the titanium source.The effects of Cr/Sb co-doping and calcination temperature on crystalline structure,chromogenic properties and microstructure of the Ti_(1-2x)Cr_(x)Sb_(x)O_(2) pigments were systematically studied.It is found that rutile titanium-chromium yellow pigments were obtained with the co-doping of 5.0 mol%~12.5 mol% Cr/Sb.The redness value(a^(*))and yellowness value(b^(*))of the pigments increased firstly and then decreased with the increasing content of Cr/Sb.With increasing calcination temperature from 950℃ to 1200℃,the lightness value(L^(*))of the pigments decreased and the a;value increased gradually,while the b^(*) value increased firstly and then decreased significantly.The doping of appropriate amount of chromium and antimony can effectively prevent the grain growth of the pigments.After calcination at 1100℃,the Ti_(0.8)Cr_(0.1)Sb_(0.1)O_(2) pigment possessed the highest b^(*) value of 46.64,showing a deep yellow hue with an average grain size of 211nm and a near-infrared reflectivity of>69%.The titanium-chromium yellow pigments have good corrosion resistance to acidic and alkaline solutions and exhibited excellent stability and chromatic properties in the transparent glaze.
