摘要
采用热膨胀系数低、热稳定性好且制备成本低的堇青石替代选择性催化还原(SCR)技术所用的TiO_(2)催化剂载体中部分TiO_(2),以降低成本提高载体性能是可行途径之一。本研究以蓝晶石、滑石、石英粉为原料制得堇青石粉体,将表面改性后的堇青石粉体浸渍于TiO_(2)溶胶中,制得TiO_(2)包覆堇青石复合粉体。研究表明:堇青石粉体经20%草酸100℃处理后,粉体表面较粗糙,平均比表面积最大(5.90 m^(2)/g),平均吸附孔径最小(4.18 nm),制得TiO_(2)包覆表面改性堇青石复合粉体的TiO_(2)层较均匀,牢固程度较好。
It is feasible to use cordierite which has low thermal expansion coefficient,good thermal stability and low preparation cost to replace part of TiO_(2) on the TiO_(2) catalyst support for selective catalytic reduction technology(SCR),that will reduce the cost and improve the performance of the support.In this paper,TiO_(2) coated cordierite composite powder is synthesized by surface modified cordierite powder which is prepared by using kyanite,talc,quartz powder as the raw material impregnated in TiO_(2)sol.The result shows that cordierite powder treated with 20%oxalic acid at 100℃ has a rough surface,the largest specific surface area(5.90 m^(2)/g)and the minimum average adsorption particle size(4.18 nm).TiO_(2) layer of the composite powder is uniform and high firmness.
