Tasks and Measures of Physical Education Reform in Colleges and Universities in China in the New Era

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,梳理我国高校体育教学发展现状,分析新时代高校体育教学改革任务及措施。存在问题:教育理念落后,教学体系有待完善;思政引领不足,元素挖掘和融入有待加强;场地设施薄弱,师资建设有待强化。新时代高校体育教学改革应贯彻健康中国战略,切实发挥体育增强体质的基本功能;落实"立德树人"根本任务,充分挖掘体育育人的独特价值;助力体育强国建设目标,深化体教融合。提出改革措施:贯彻新时代体育教育理念,完善体育教学体系;深入挖掘思政元素,发挥体育育人独特价值;聚焦"教、练、赛",深化体教融合;改善场地设施,加强师资建设。

By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper reviewed the development status of physical education in colleges and universities in China,and analyzed the tasks and measures of physical education reform in colleges and universities in the new era.Existing problems:The educational idea is backward and the teaching system needs to be improved.The ideological and political guidance is insufficient,and the exploration and integration of elements need to be strengthened.The site facilities are weak and the construction of teaching staff needs to be strengthened.In the new era,the reform of physical education in colleges and universities should carry out the strategy of Healthy China,give full play to the basic functions of physical education to enhance physical fitness,implement the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue to fully excavate the unique value of physical education,and help build a leading sporting nation,deepen the integration of sports and education.The reform measures include implementing the concept of physical education in the new era to perfect the physical education system,deeply exploring the ideological and political elements to give full play to the unique value of sports education,focusing on teaching,training and competition to deepen the integration of sports and education,and improving the site facilities to strengthen the construction of teaching staff.
