公安院校加强党史学习教育应处理好三种关系

On Three Relations in Strengthening Party History Study and Education in Police Colleges

在公安院校加强党史学习教育,应着重处理好这样三种关系。一是党史研究精深化与党史教育普及化的关系,既系统构建党史研究的理论构架,又探索将党史学习教育融入公安院校育警全过程,引导学生树立坚定的理想信念、铸造忠诚警魂。二是学习历史与联系现实的关系,既注重从浩繁史料中总结规律,史论结合,又要通过与实践紧密联系的方式学习历史,并以历史的智慧指导当下的新时代中国特色社会主义建设。三是严肃内容与灵活形式的关系,既要顺应时代发展趋势、结合学生学习特点,探索学生乐于接受的学习教育载体和形式,又要坚守学习教育内容的严肃性、科学性,避免陷入庸俗化、娱乐化误区。

To strengthen the Party history study and education in police colleges,we should deal with three relations.One is the relationship between the development of Party history research and the publicity of Party history education.We should systematically construct the theoretical structure of Party history research,and integrate the Party history education into the whole process of police education to establish the students'firm beliefs and cast their loyal souls.The second is the relationship between the history and the reality.We should find the principles from vast historical materials through fact-theory route,and study history by relating to the practice to steer the current socialist construction with the wisdom of history.The third is the relationship between the serious learning content and flexible teaching methods.We should explore the acceptable means and methods to teach by following the trend of time and rules of study,and stick to the seriousness and logics of the learning content by refusing the misunderstanding of vulgarity and entertainment.
