米诺环素联合舒敏专家电磁波修复模块治疗玫瑰痤疮疗效观察

The effect of minocycline combined with Shumin expert electromagnetic wave repair module in the treatment of mild to moderate Rosacea

目的评价米诺环素联合舒敏专家电磁波修复模块治疗红斑毛细血管扩张型或轻度至中度丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮的疗效和安全性。方法将入选的52例红斑毛细血管扩张型或轻度至中度丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮患者分为2组。治疗组患者(28例)口服盐酸米诺环素50mg,每天2次。同时接受舒敏专家电磁波修复模块治疗,每周2次,每次治疗20min,共治疗6周。对照组患者(24例)仅口服盐酸米诺环素50mg,每天2次。观察期为6周,分别在治疗后2周、4周和6周评价疗效及安全性。结果治疗后2周治疗组CEA评分、患者主观症状和症状积分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组IGA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后4周治疗组患者主观症状和症状积分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组CEA、IGA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后6周治疗组患者主观症状和症状积分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组和治疗组CEA、IGA差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后6周对照组有效率为58.3%,治疗组有效率为66.7%,两组疗效比较有统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.395,P=0.0498<0.05)。两组患者均未见严重不良反应。结论米诺环素联合舒敏专家电磁波修复模块治疗轻中度玫瑰痤疮优于单用米诺环素。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of minocycline combined with Shumin expert electromagnetic wave repair module in the treatment of erythematotelangiectatic or mild to moderate papulopustular rosacea.Methods A total of 52 patients with erythematotelangiectatic or mild to moderate papulopustular rosacea were divided into two groups.The patients in the treatment group(28 cases)took minocycline hydrochloride 50mg orally,twice a day.At the same time,they were treated with Shumin expert electromagnetic wave repair module twice a week for 20 minutes each time for a total of 6 weeks.Patients in the control group(24 cases)only took minocycline hydrochloride 50mg twice a day.The observation period was 6 weeks.The efficacy and safety were evaluated at 2,4 and 6 weeks after treatment.Result Two weeks after treatment,CEA scores,subjective symptoms and symptom scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IGA score between the two groups(P>0.05).Four weeks after treatment,the subjective symptoms and symptom scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in CEA and IGA scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Six weeks after treatment,the subjective symptoms and symptom scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in CEA and IGA between the control group and the treatment group(P>0.05).Six weeks after treatment,the effective rate of the control group was 58.3%,and that of the treatment group was 66.7%.There was significant difference between the two groups(χ^(2)=1.395,P=0.498<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Minocycline combined with Shumin expert electromagnetic wave repair module is better than minocycline alone in the treatment of mild to moderate rosacea.
