聚焦超声行面部皮肤年轻化的临床观察

Clinical effect of ultrasonic gun in the treatment of skin rejuvenation

目的探讨聚焦超声(microfocused ultrasound,MFU)在面部皮肤年轻化中的效果。方法选择本院2021年8月接受皮肤年轻化治疗的20例患者,所有患者均接受聚焦超声治疗,对聚焦超声的临床效果和安全性进行回顾分析。结果本组研究对象治疗后总有效率为95%(19/20)。在6个月随访中,有18例患者的面部皮肤呈现明显的肤质改善,眼睑袋改善,紧致、光滑、肤色提亮,毛孔变小收缩,脸部和颈部皱纹减少,下颊收紧,鼻唇沟变浅。有1例患者术后皮肤肿痛,持续4d,医疗人员对症修复护理后皮肤恢复正常。结论选择聚焦超声进行皮肤年轻化治疗能产生良好的临床效果,对皮肤老化、皱纹、暗淡松弛等症状具有良好的疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ultrasonic gun in promoting skin rejuvenation.Methods A total of 20 patients with skin rejuvenation in our hospital in August 2021 were selected.All patients were treated with ultrasonic gun.The clinical effect and safety of ultrasonic gun were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 20 patients treated with skin rejuvenation,19 patients had curative effect,and the total effective rate was 95%.In the subsequent 6-month follow-up,18 patients had obvious improvement of facial skin,improvement of eyelid bags,firmness,smoothness,brightening of skin color,smaller and contracted pores,reduced wrinkles on face and neck,tightened lower cheeks and shallow nasolabial groove.One patient had postoperative skin swelling and pain for a long time.After symptomatic repair and nursing,the skin returned to normal.Conclusion The treatment of ultrasonic gun can produce good clinical effect,good safety,few adverse reactions.
