泪沟是中面部衰老过程中出现较早的症状。在临床工作中,我们常发现泪沟与下眶区的老化同时存在,其形成的机制包含多种解剖学因素,例如皮肤肌肉、韧带结构、相关脂肪结构以及骨性的老化等。我们应从解剖角度出发,同时根据泪沟及下眶区老化的具体临床分型总结更为完善的评分标准,这将对综合治疗方案的选择具有重要指导意义。现对泪沟及下眶区的解剖与临床分型的研究进展做一综述。

Lacrimal groove is the earlier symptom that appears in facial aging process.In clinical practice,we often find that the aging of the lacrimal sulcus and the inferior orbital region exists simultaneously,and the mechanism of its formation includes a variety of anatomical factors,such as skin muscle,ligament structure,related fat structure and bone aging.We should summarize a more perfect scoring standard according to the specific clinical classification of aging in lacrimal sulcus and inferior orbital region from the anatomical point of view,which will have important guiding significance for the selection of comprehensive treatment plan.This article reviews the anatomical and clinical classification of lacrimal sulcus and inferior orbital region.
