摘要
微信公众号上线以来通过多种功能已对信息发布方式及整个社会产生了巨大影响,也逐渐成为政府、企事业单位对外发布信息的窗口。如何有效地利用微信公众号,及时发布公共卫生事件信息、通知、健康科普知识以及组织互动答题活动等,以提高人们的健康意识、促进健康习惯的养成是值得研究和思考的问题。文章对"松江疾控"微信公众号2018年上线运行过程中的做法以及遇到的问题进行总结。实践证明,品牌建设、团队支撑、知识迭代、形式多样、规范化生产等措施都可扩大微信公众号的影响力,促进大众提高健康知识的知晓率及知信行模式统一。
Since the official launch of Wechat public account,it has had a huge impact on the way of information release and the whole society through a variety of functions,and has gradually become a window of spreading messages for the government,enterprise and public institutions.How to effectively use Wechat public account to timely release public health event information,notice,health science knowledge and organize interactive answering activities,so as to improve people’s health awareness and promote the formation of health habits is worth to be considered.Practices and problems encountered in the operation of WeChat public account of Songjiang CDC since 2018 are summarized.Practice showed that brand building,team support,knowledge iteration,diversified forms and other measures could improve impact of WeChat public account,and promote the public to raise awareness of health knowledge and the unity of knowledge and practice.
