社区老年人对于心房颤动疾病认知的质性研究

A Qualitative Study on Community Elderly Residents’Recognition on Atrial Fibrillation

目的:了解社区老年人对于心房颤动(房颤)的疾病认知,为今后开展相关研究工作和科普工作提供一定的参考和借鉴。方法:采取目的抽样法于2021年3—7月选取年龄≥65岁的常住居民26名作为访谈对象,进行半结构化深入访谈收集资料,以Colaizzi 7步分析法对资料进行分析。结果:26名社区老年人对心房颤动的概念、危险因素、不良风险、识别方法认识不足;知晓房颤危害后有的过度担心,有的则更关注已患疾病;大部分社区老年人希望得到防治房颤的科学指导。结论:房颤的科普工作应有所侧重,需注意阐释房颤的危险因素、房颤与中风的关系、房颤的起病隐匿性、房颤的识别和及时就医的重要性。

OBJECTIVE To investigate community elderly residents’recognition on Atrial Fibrillation(AF),so as to provide ideas for the publicity and intervention of AF,assisting community Elderly to identify and screen atrial fibrillation effectively.METHODS From March to July 2021,qualitative interviews were conducted according to the principle of purpose and saturation sampling,26 community elderly residents were subjected to semistructured in-depth interviews,and the original data was analyzed with Colaizzi 7-steps analysis method.RESULTS 26 community elderly residents had insufficient understanding of the concept,risk factors,adverse risks and identification methods of AF.Knowing the harm of AF,some elderly expressed concern and worry,some payed more attention to existing diseases.Most community elderly residents hoped to get scientific guidance on prevention and treatment of AF.CONCLUSION The knowledge of AF needed to be further improved,medical staff should pay attention to explaining the risk factors of AF,the relationship between AF and stroke,the importance of recognition and seeking immediate medical treatment of AF.
