整体与微观辨治难治性胃食管反流病

Diagnoses and treatment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease from whole and microcosmic

难治性胃食管反流病是临床常见病、多发病,又是疑难病,治疗棘手,病程缠绵,极易反复。中医药特色诊疗技术成为重要的创新手段,笔者通过多年临床,整体上常法与变法并用,熟用常法以治本,活用变法以增效,并借鉴胃镜下粘膜形态进行微观辨病,衷中参西,并运用“以内辅外”的理念以提高临床的疗效,防止复发,提高患者生活质量。文章详细阐述了整体辨证与微观辨病理论在治疗难治性胃食管反流病中具体运用,以飨同道。

Refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease is a common and difficult disease in clinic,which is difficult to treat.The course of the disease is lingering and easy to repeat.The characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has become an important innovative means.Through many years of clinical practice,on the whole,the common method and the modified method are used together,the conventional method is used to treat the fundamental problems,and the modified method is used flexibly to enhance the curative effect.We also used the morphology of mucosa under gastroscope for diagnosis and treatment of diseases and devoted to the academic thought of TCM,referring to the theory of Western medicine.The concept of“internal and external”is used to improve the clinical efficacy,prevent recurrence and improve the quality of life of patients.This paper expounds the application of the theory of holistic differentiation and microscopic differentiation in the treatment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease.
