苯和甲醛复合污染对室内植物MDA和O_(2)^(·-)的影响 被引量:1

摘要 苯和甲醛是室内重要的污染物,严重威胁人类健康和生命安全。植物对污染的抗性强弱是决定其是否能够持续、稳定发挥敏感监测能力的基础和前提,而MDA含量和O_(2)^(·-)产生速率是反映植物抗性强弱的关键指标。文章采用密闭熏气法,通过方差分析和多重比较,研究了5种室内植物在不同质量浓度苯和甲醛胁迫下的MDA含量和O_(2)^(·-)产生速率变化,分析比较了苯和甲醛复合污染胁迫下植物的敏感监测能力。结果表明:微型月季对MDA含量变化的敏感监测能力最强,其次是彩虹竹芋,而新飞羽竹芋最弱;彩虹竹芋对O_(2)^(·-)产生速率变化的敏感监测能力最强,其次是微型月季,而猫眼竹芋最弱;5种室内植物敏感监测能力的排序为微型月季>彩虹竹芋>双线竹芋>新飞羽竹芋>猫眼竹芋。 Benzene and formaldehyde are important indoor pollutants which seriously threaten human health and life safety.The resistance of plants to pollution is the basis and prerequisite for determining whether they can continuously and stably exert their sensitive monitoring capabilities,and the MDA content and O_(2)^(·-) production rate can reflect the resistance of plants.In this paper,the airtight fumigation method,analysis of variance and multiple comparisons are used to study the changes in the MDA content and O_(2)^(·-) production rate of five indoor plants under different mass concentrations of benzene and formaldehyde stress.It analyzes and compares the sensitive monitoring ability of plants under the combined pollution stress of benzene and formaldehyde.The result shows that Rosa chinensis minima has the strongest sensitive monitoring ability to MDA content changes,followed by Calathea sanderiana,and Calathea roseopicta the weakest.Calathea sanderiana has the strongest sensitive monitoring ability to the change of O_(2)^(·-) production rate,followed by Rosa chinensis minima,and Calathea veitchiana the weakest.The ranking of the sensitivity monitoring capabilities of the 5 indoor plants is Rosa chinensis minima>Calathea sanderiana>Maranta arundinacea>Calathea roseopicta>Calathea veitchiana.
