山东省经济发展和科技创新耦合关系研究

Study on coupling relationship of economic development and sci-tech innovation in Shandong Province

科技创新已经成为我国转变经济发展方式的抓手和切入口,研究经济发展和科技创新的耦合关系,可为经济更好、更快的发展提供关键支撑。以山东省各地市为研究单元,利用2009—2018年山东省经济发展和科技创新数据,构建经济发展和科技创新评价指标体系,通过熵值法计算子系统得分和综合发展指数,运用耦合协调度模型分析研究了两个子系统的耦合协调,并利用马尔科夫转移概率矩阵和地理探测器分别探究了耦合协调度的演变过程和影响耦合协调度的因素。结果表明:山东省经济发展和科技创新都保持着较稳定的发展,仅在2014年有一定波动;山东省经济发展和科技创新的耦合协调度一直处于中度协调,且各地市和整体的耦合协调度较为稳定;山东省内经济发展的多数指标、科技创新的资金投入和部分科技产出指标对经济发展和科技创新耦合协调度的影响较大。

Sci-tech innovation has become the starting point of the transformation of economic development mode.Studying the coupling relationship between economic development and scientific and technological innovation can provide key support for better and faster economic development.Taking cities in Shandong Province as research units,using the province s economic development and sci-tech innovation data from 2009 to 2018,an evaluation index system of economic development and sci-tech innovation has been established.Entropy method is applied to calculate subsystem score and comprehensive development index.The coupling model is used to analyze the coupling coordination of two subsystems.Through the Markov transition probability matrix and geographical detector respectively,the evolution of coupling coordination degree and the factors influencing the coupling coordination degree are explored.The results show that the economic development and sci-tech innovation in Shandong Province maintain a stable development,and that only in 2014 there is a certain fluctuation.The degree of coupling coordination between economic development and sci-tech innovation in Shandong Province has been in moderate coordination,and the degree of coupling coordination between each city and the whole province is relatively stable.Most indexes of economic development,capital input of sci-tech innovation and some indexes of sci-tech output in Shandong Province have great influence on the coupling coordination degree of economic development and sci-tech innovation.
