学生食品安全及预防食物中毒对策分析

摘要 本文主要以学生食品安全及预防食物中毒对策为重点进行阐述,分析了学校附近食品安全无法得到保障、学生自身食品安全意识不足等影响小学生食品安全的因素。同时,从大力宣传食品安全知识,吸引学生注意、增强学生食品安全行为,做好食品安全管理工作、强化学生对食品安全重视,规避食品中毒几个方面深入探讨培养小学生食品安全意识、预防食品中毒的相关对策,继而强化学生对食品安全的关注度,从根源上落实学生食品安全工作。 This article mainly focuses on student food safety and food poisoning prevention countermeasures.The factors affecting the food safety of primary school students were analyzed,including the food safety near the school cannot be guaranteed,the students’food safety awareness is insufficient.Meanwhile,the aspects of vigorously publicizing food safety knowledge,attracting students’attention and enhancing students’food safety behavior,doing a good job in food safety management,strengthening students’attention to food safety and avoiding food poisoning,the relevant countermeasures to cultivate pupils’food safety awareness and prevent food poisoning were explained and discussed in this paper,and then strengthens students’attention to food safety,and implements students’food safety work from the root.
