摘要
食品安全工作是长期性工作,必须始终将其作为一项硬指标来对待。为有效提升质量管理水平,相关部门需要突出工作中的重点与难点,将质量管理对象集中在食品安全风险监测计划的制定与实施上,把食品安全抽检监测工作落实到位。
Food safety jobs are long-term jobs and must always be treated as a hard indicator.In order to effectively improve the quality management level,relevant departments need to highlight the key points and difficulties in the work,focus the quality management objects on the formulation and implementation of food safety risk monitoring plan,and implement the sampling inspection and monitoring of food safety in place.
