摘要
总结萧山区2016—2020年重大活动食品安全监管保障工作,分析当前重大活动餐饮安全保障工作的特点及面临的现状问题,尝试从落实主体责任、规范员工操作过程、强化监管队伍建设、实施风险管理、加强科学监管等方面进行探讨,并对如何完善保障工作提出一些建议,以期为今后萧山区重大活动餐饮服务食品安全保障工作提供新思路,以更好地适应多元化的重大活动餐饮服务食品安全保障。
In order to provide new ideas for future food safety supervision in major activities,we summarized the food safety supervision in major activities of Xiaoshan District from 2016 to 2020,and analyzed the characteristics and the existing problems of the current food safety supervision,discussed from the main aspects of the food safety supervision,such as the implementation the main responsibility for food safety,the regularizing of operation process,the strengthening of supervision team’s construction,the implementation of crisis management,the enhancement of scientific supervision,and it also put forward some suggestions on how to improve the guarantee work,in order to provide new ideas for the food safety guarantee of catering services for major events in Xiaoshan District in the future,so as to better adapt to the food safety guarantee of catering services for diversified major events.
