摘要
随着我国经济飞速发展及人们生活质量的提升,人们越发关注食品安全问题,对食品安全提出了更严格的要求。现阶段食品安全事件时常发生,严重影响到人们的身心健康。食品微生物检验作为食品检验的重要组成部分,在食品卫生质量评定、保障消费者饮食安全、食品安全管控方面发挥着重要作用。基于此,本文分析了食品微生物检测中实验室的质量控制策略,希望对相关人员有所帮助。
With the rapid development of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s quality of life,people are paying more and more attention to the issue of food safety and put forward stricter requirements on food safety.Food safety incidents often occur at this stage,which seriously affect the physical and mental health of the people.As an important part of food inspection,food microbiological testing plays an important role in food hygiene quality assessment,ensuring consumer food safety,and food safety control.Based on this,this article analyzes the quality control strategy of laboratories in food microbiological testing,and hopes to be helpful to relevant personnel.
