摘要
透明质酸钠(Sodium Hyaluronate,SH)是人体内部自然存在的物质,其对人体的生理功能具有调节作用,2021年成功入选我国新资源食品原料名单,具有广阔的市场发展空间。本文综述了透明质酸钠对人体的生理调节功能及近年来在食品应用的研究进展、未来研究方向,旨在充分发掘SH的潜力。
Sodium Hyaluronate(SH)is a naturally occurring substance in the human body,which plays an indispensable role in regulating physiological functions of the human body.It has been successfully included in the list of new resource food ingredients in China in 2021,and has a broad market space for development.This paper reviews the physiological regulation function of SH on human body,and the research progress and future research direction of SH application in food in recent years,aiming to fully explore the potential of SH.
