摘要 食品中重金属含量比较高,会危害人们的身体健康。所以,精确、科学地检测食品中重金属含量,以防重金属高含量食品进入市场,已成为食品检测部门面临的首要工作。现阶段,食品重金属检测中,原子吸收光谱法是常用的检测技术,在食品重金属检测中发挥着重要的作用。基于此,针对食品重金属检测中原子吸收光谱法的应用相关知识,本文从以下几方面进行了简单地分析,以期为相关领域研究提供帮助。 Food safety is very important in daily life.If the content of heavy metals in food is relatively high,it will do harm to human dietary safety,and even threaten human health and life safety.Therefore,accurate and scientific detection of heavy metal content in food to prevent high content of heavy metal food from entering the market has become the primary work faced by food testing departments.At present,atomic absorption spectrometry is a very important technology in the detection of heavy metals in food,which plays an important role in the detection of heavy metals in food.Based on this,aiming at the application related knowledge of atomic absorption spectrometry in the detection of heavy metals in food,this paper makes a simple analysis from the following aspects,hoping to be helpful to the research in related fields.
