浅析化工设备安全管理的现状及应对措施

ANALYSIS ON THE CURRENT PROBLEMS OF SAFETY MANAGEMENT OF CHEMICAL EQUIPMENT AND THE COUNTERMEASURES

由于具有易燃、易爆、高温、高压等特殊性,化工生产企业的设备一旦发生问题,就会带来一系列不可预估的影响,导致生产波动、环境污染、安全事故等问题,因此设备安全管理显得尤为重要。目前化工设备安全管理现状不容乐观,存在违章操作、设备故障、管理漏洞等许多问题,通过对管理现状问题分析,提出TPM管理、信息化技术管理、设备管理重点等应对措施,加强化工设备安全管理,探索设备管理的新思路,提升设备安全管理水平,保证化工设备长周期、稳定、安全、高效运行。

Chemical production enterprises store inflammable and explosive materials and the operation is oftern done in high temperature and the high pressure environment.Because of such special characteristics,once chemical equipment is out of order,it will bring a series of unpredictable impacts,which may lead to production fluctuations,environmental pollution,safety accidents and other problems.Therefore,equipment safety management is particularly important.At present,the status quo of chemical equipment safety management is not optimistic.There are many problems such as illegal operation,equipment failure,management loopholes,etc.Through the analysis of the management status quo,TPM management,information technology management,equipment management focus and other countermeasures are proposed to strengthen safety management of chemical equipment,explore new ideas of equipment management,improve the level of equipment safety management,and ensure long-cycle,stable,safe and efficient operation of chemical equipment.
