摘要
日钢15号高炉"象脚区"炉缸碳砖温度于2016年5月异常升高,12月2日最高达到894℃,该区域炉缸耐材侵蚀严重,已威胁到高炉的安全生产。本文结合15号高炉实际生产状况,分析了"象脚区"炉缸侵蚀严重的原因,并真对炉缸侵蚀初期和恶化期提出了护炉措施。通过采取降低冶炼强度、增强冷却强度、缩小并加长风口、发展边缘气流等一系列措施,遏制住了"象脚区"碳砖温度升高趋势,之后通过创新性的消耗海砂球团护炉,实现了15号高炉连续、高效生产,取得了较好的经济效益。
The temperature of carbon brick in the hearth of "elephant foot area" of No. 15 blast furnace of Rigang increased abnormally in May 2016, reaching a maximum of 894 ℃ on December 2, the corrosion of hearth refractory in this part is serious, which has threatened the safe production of blast furnace. Combined with the actual production situation of No. 15 blast furnace, this paper analyzes the causes of serious hearth erosion in "elephant foot area", and puts forward furnace protection measures for the initial stage and deterioration period of hearth erosion. Through means of reducing combustion intensity, increasing cooling strength, reducing and lengthening tuyeres, developing edge gas flow, the rising trend of carbon brick temperature in "elephant foot area" has been curbed, after that, the furnace hearth is protected by innovatively consuming the sea sand pellet ore, the continuous and efficient production of No. 15 blast furnace was realized, and good economic benefits were obtained.
