钒钛烧结原料精确混配技术实践

摘要 单纯的钒钛烧结矿化学成分波动范围大、转鼓指数低、返矿率高,高炉渣铁流动性能差,给后序炼钢和提取钒钛造成很大困难,因此,需要在烧结过程中加入一定量的普通铁精粉,但其在混配过程中容易出现混配不匀、成分不稳的问题。本文分析了某钢铁企业钒钛铁精粉与普通铁精粉混配中存在问题的原因,提出了实现混匀矿精准混配的步骤与措施。通过实施运载铁粉车辆信息化管理、料仓配套设备的优化改造、提高配料系统称量设施精度、自动配料系统程序的完善等技术措施,保证了钒钛铁精粉和普通铁精粉混配误差小于1%。 Pure vanadium titanium sinter has large fluctuation range of chemical composition, low drum index, high sinter return rate and poor flow performance of blast furnace slag and iron, which makes it very difficult to make subsequent steelmaking and extract vanadium and titanium, therefore, it is necessary to add a certain amount of ordinary iron concentrate powder in the sintering process, but it is easy to have problems of uneven mixing and unstable composition in the mixing process. This paper analyzes the reasons for the problems existing in the mixing and batching process of vanadium titanium iron concentrate powder and ordinary iron concentrate powder in an iron and steel enterprise, and puts forward the steps and measures to realize the accurate mixing of mixed ore. Through the implementation of technical measures such as information management of vehicles carrying iron powder, optimization and transformation of silo supporting equipment, improvement of weighing facility accuracy of batching system and improvement of automatic batching system program, the mixing and batching error of vanadium titanium iron concentrate powder and ordinary iron concentrate powder is ensured to be less than 1%.
