摘要
轻质高铝双相钢相较于普通DP钢具有密度低、延伸率高和折弯性好等优点,逐渐被应用于汽车制造领域。但由于高铝钢成分组成原因,包晶反应及钢渣反应剧烈,铸坯表面容易出现凹陷、纵裂、边裂等缺陷,邯郸钢铁公司生产高铝钢过程中,板坯窄边边裂的深度和出现频次大于其他钢种表面缺陷。本文对高铝钢板坯窄边裂纹分布特征、显微形貌的进行了研究,确定了铸坯严重边裂的成因,并提出了优化改进措施。通过连铸保护渣成分的优化以及连铸工艺的调整等措施,有效的改善了高铝钢铸坯边裂的深度和发生频次。
Compared with ordinary DP steel, lightweight high aluminum dual phase steel has the advantages of low density, high elongation and good bending performance,it is gradually applied in the field of automobile manufacturing. Due to the chemical composition of high aluminum steel, peritectic reaction and steel slag reaction are intense, and defects such as depression, longitudinal crack and edge crack are easy to appear on the slab surface, the depth and frequency of the slab narrow edge crack are greater than surface defects of other types of steel in the process of producing high aluminum steel in Handan iron and steel company. In this paper, studied the distribution characteristics and micro morphology of the high aluminum steel slab narrow edge cracks, determined the causes of severe edge crack of the slab, and the optimization and improvement measures. The depth and frequency of edge crack in high aluminum steel slab were effectively improved by optimizing the composition of continuous casting mold flux and adjusting the continuous casting process.
