摘要
桥式双斗轮取料机是烧结原料场的重要设备之一,主要用于对已经堆好的混匀料堆进行全断面切取并送往烧结机配料室。天铁烧结厂HQL1000.36型桥式双斗轮取料机在使用过程中,发现其机械和电气方面存在着结构复杂、设计不合理、故障多、维修量大、费用高、生产效率低等问题,已经影响到了烧结生产线的作业率。本文简述了桥式双斗轮取料机的工作原理和基本构造,对常见故障产生的原因进行了分析,并有针对性的提出了改进措施。通过改进措施的实施以及加强日常维护和管理,取料机的故障率大大降低。
Bridge type double bucket wheel reclaimer is one of the important equipment in sintering raw material yard, it is mainly used to cut the already stacked mixing material pile in full section,and send it to the batching room of sintering machine. During the use bridge type double bucket wheel reclaimer of HQL1000.36 Type in sintering plant of Tianjin iron works, it is found that there are some problems in mechanical and electrical aspects, such as complex structure, unreasonable design, many faults, large amount of maintenance, high cost and low production efficiency, which have affected the operation efficiency of sintering production line. This paper briefly describes the working principle and basic structure of bridge double bucket wheel reclaimer, analyzes the production causes of common faults, and puts forward improvement measures. Through the implementation of improvement measures,enhancing daily maintenance and management, the failure rate of the reclaimer is greatly reduced.
