摘要
以大连地铁4号线工程为例,针对地铁盾构机穿越软硬不均地层、地层孤石等复杂地质条件进行研究,通过盾构机选型、刀盘选择、配套盾构装置、排土输送和控制速度等有效措施,促使盾构掘进顺利穿过复杂地质,提高盾构掘进的质量水平。
Taking Dalian Metro Line 4 project as an example, the complex geological conditions such as soft and hard uneven stratum and stratum boulder traversed by metro shield machine are studied, and through effective measures such as shield machine selection, cutter head selection, supporting shield device, waste discharge transportation and speed control, shield tunneling can pass through complex geology smoothly and improve the quality level of shield tunneling.
