摘要
通过对已建并投入使用的高层住宅建筑防烟楼梯间所采用自然通风的防烟措施现状进行实地调研,充分了解自然防烟措施在实践过程中所存在的问题。对"被动式可开启防烟窗"措施的可靠性进行分析,对现有实际存在的问题进行探讨。研究发现在发生火灾突然事情人员疏散过程中,人的因素很大程度上影响自然防烟的有效性,并提出相应解决办法,提高火灾紧急情况下,安全疏散区域的防烟措施的可靠性。
Through the field investigation of the status quo of the natural ventilation smoke control measures used in the smoke control staircases of high-rise residential buildings that have been built and put into use, we can fully understand the problems existing in the practice of the natural smoke control measures. The paper analyzes the reliability of passive openable smoke proof window, and discusses the existing problems. It is found that in the process of fire emergency evacuation, human factors greatly affect the effectiveness of natural smoke control, and the corresponding solutions are proposed to improve the reliability of smoke control measures in the safe evacuation area in case of fire emergency.
