黑色支系羊肚菌高产菌株选育

Breeding High Yield Strains of Morchellaspp.by Single Spore Cross Breeding

以前期人工驯化出的耐高温羊肚菌菌株M840和高产菌株M40为亲本,在单孢分离进行基因测序后确定2种不同交配型菌丝进行单孢杂交,进行羊肚菌高产菌株的选育,以期为羊肚菌优良菌株选育提供参考依据。结果表明:经过出菇验证、遗传稳定性分析验证、农艺性状优良子实体分离、二代栽培出菇验证,最后获得了产量稳定且高产菌株Z5。

Taking the high-temperature resistant Morchella strain M840and high-yield strain M40 which were domesticated in the early stage as parents,the breeding of Morchellahigh-yield strains was studied by using the method of single spore isolation and gene sequencing to determine the single spore hybridization of two different mating hyphaes,in order to provide a reference for breeding excellent strains of Morchella.The results showed that after fruiting verification,genetic stability analysis verification,fruiting body separation with excellent agronomic characters and fruiting verification of the second generation cultivation,the stable and high-yield strain Z5was finally obtained.
